In some cases we offer a ‘no win no fee’ arrangement where our fees are only payable when we achieve a favourable result for you.
Where Court is the only solution our experienced Litigation Department will act quickly and decisively to protect your interests. The Litigation team is headed up by Andy Jones who is Solicitor Advocate and has extensive experience in representing clients in all courts. The team is skilled in both High Court and County Court action, but maintain an emphasis on alternative dispute resolution whenever possible to produce a more cost effective and faster result for you.
We also offer a Land Specialist Advice service which can help you with land disputes, clarifying boundary issues, identifying rights over land, and explaining easements and covenants affecting your land. In addition we can advise and guide you through planning applications, appeals, building control matters, option agreements and conditional contracts.
